The Abama golf course on Tenerife was designed by the well-known and prolific Dave Thomas and is quite spectacular. It was his intention to design the Augusta of Europe, a hard ask and it is up to you to decide if he succeeded???
Rising up the west face of the Teide Volcano, the immaculately maintained 18-hole championship course contains over 20,000 palm trees, 22 lakes spread throughout the course´s ever changing terrain, as well as waterfalls and white sand bunkers. Almost all the holes of the course have spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.
