Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful golfing complexes in Europe over 27-holes.  

Located deep in the heart of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, the course is just a stone’s throw away from extensive unspoilt beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, guaranteeing one of the most scenic rounds you will ever play.

The course boasts three 9-hole courses, all par 36:

The Pines (Pinheiros): The course is named after the abundance of pine trees around the course, this nine includes four of the new holes opened in January 2007 and five of the original front nine. 

The Corks (Sobreiros): The course is the longer of the three nine holes and regarded as the most demanding.

The Olives (Oliveiras): The course was the original back nine and has remained unchanged since the island green eighth hole was constructed in 1995 and is one of the golf courses signatures holes.
