The Old Course at Phuket Country Club was the island's first championship-standard 18-hole golf course. It's near the center of Phuket and can be reached from any of the main beach or hotel locations. Phuket Country Club's Old Course is best described as a welcoming resort golf course. Wayward shots aren't harshly penalized, so they're not scary or embarrassing. High handicap golfers will be able to score well, but low handicap golfers will find the course to be rather difficult.
