The North Course: This Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course has been challenging players of all abilities and handicaps from across the world since 2007. Set against the backdrop of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south, the par 72 6,500 meters (approx. 7,200 yards) course blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Wide forgiving fairways weave through mature trees and valleys, creating a unique test on every hole alongside spectacular views.
Having already established the North Course as the best course in Portugal, in 2019 Monte Rei began construction on its South Course, another 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
