Opened in 2009 An 18-hole par 72 course of over 6,400 meters (approx. 7,000 yards) and was voted Best Golf Course at the Portuguese 2011 Travel Awards in 2011.
Originally an orange grove, this beautiful but challenging championship course is situated in the Ludo valley, just 2 km east of the resort. Its distinctive rolling terrain has made for some spectacular fairways and well-sculptured greens, Laranjal is renowned for its five beautiful lakes, umbrella pines, cork and orange trees.
Comprising five par 5s, eight par 4s and five par 3s, the course is a real gem.
