Gloria Golf Club is the largest Golf Complex in Turkey. Designed by Michel Gayon, this 45-hole golf complex comprises, the 18-hole Old Course, the 18-hole New Course and the 9-hole Verde Course as well as some of the largest practice facilities in Turkey. It is situated in the pine forests at the foot of the Taurus Mountains.
New Course: A Par 72, 6,500 meters (approx. 7,100 yards) which opened in 2005 is a very popular with all standard of golfers. It has hosted European Senior Tour, Challenge Tour, PGA of Europe Tour events and the World Amateur Championships. It is an undulating tree-lined course that offers a challenging, fair and fun round of golf.
Old Course: A par 72, 6,500 meters (approx. 7,100 yards) which opened in 1997 and is a firm favourite of all golfers visiting Turkey. The course cannot be described as easy with its seven lakes and more than sixty bunkers to avoid. Pars can be at a premium. You had best get some warm up in first, as the opening two holes have daunting water hazards to carry. It gets slightly less challenging after that, with beautiful tree lined fairways and mountain views to distract the unwary!!
Verde Course: A Par 35 of 2,900 meters (approx. 3,200 yards) set amongst trees around a big lake.
