Club de Golf Barcelona was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal and it opened in 1990.
The "Masia Course" is an 18-hole par 72 6,200 meters (approx. 6,800 yards) course laid out over hilly terrain on the edge of the Penedes wine growing region 27km to the north west of Barcelona. It is a very challenging course for high and low handicappers alike.
Club de Golf Barcelona has hosted many Professional and International golf tournaments, the Catalonia Ladies Masters of 2007, a Ladies European Tour tournament and the Peugeot's Tour of Spain.
There is also the 9-hole par 31 Sant Esteve Course.
The course also has a 4* hotel on-site.
